Benefits for students with impaired hearing

Did you know that...
...up to 43 % of all children starting school will fail a hearing test?

Children with impaired hearing
Children suffer temporary hearing impairment due to colds and the like many times over a school year. Hearing impairment makes it particularly difficult to hear and understand in background noise and, therefore, children depend a great deal on a good sound environment and good speech comprehension during lessons.

The same applies to children with permanent hearing loss who use hearing aids or have a Cochlear Implant (CI). Consequently, they benefit a great deal from the good sound environment and enhanced speech comprehension that the FrontRow sound field system provides. In addition, flexible functions make it possible to connect the student's own FM system directly to the sound field system, so that the teacher's and students' speech is transmitted wirelessly to the student's FM receiver. The teacher can therefore be absolutely certain that the student can hear what is being said in class, directly into their hearing aid.
